bstract. Dynamic speckle from 3-D coherence-gated ptical sections provides a sensitive label-free measure of ellular activity up to 1 mm deep in living tissue. Howver, specificity to cellular functionality has not previously een demonstrated. In this work, we perform fluctuation pectroscopy on dynamic light scattering captured using oherence-domain digital holography to obtain the specral response of tissue that is perturbed by temperature, smolarity, and antimitotic cytoskeletal drugs. Different erturbations induce specific spectrogram response signaures that can show simultaneous enhancement and supression in different spectral ranges. © 2010 Society of Photoptical Instrumentation Engineers.
